Who This Accelerator Is For

Elite, not general
This accelerator is for you if:
You lead teams, deals, or initiatives — and your English must match your actual level of leadership.
You handle executive-level conversations with clients, investors, boards, or cross-functional stakeholders.
You’re tired of sounding “polite but soft” and want a voice that is calm, decisive, and impossible to dismiss.
You already speak English, but your communication under pressure isn’t yet where your position demands it to be.
C-level & VP executives Directors & senior managers Founders & partners Strategic decision-makers
By the end of the 8 weeks you will:
Sound like a decisive global leader — not a polite mid-level manager trying to be taken seriously.
Structure your speaking so stakeholders instantly understand your point, your ask, and your logic.
Handle difficult conversations (pushback, misalignment, underperformance) without sounding emotional or defensive.
Walk into English-language meetings knowing exactly how you will open, lead, push back, and close.

Executive roles in LATAM

Alejandro R.

Javier L.

Founder & CEO · Startup Tech · Guadalajara

Patricia S.

Directora de Recursos Humanos · Multinacional · Querétaro

Key details & FAQs

Clarity before commitment
How are the sessions delivered?
All sessions are delivered live via Zoom in a small, focused group. You will receive the calendar, links, and preparation materials after enrollment.
What level of English do I need?
This accelerator is not for beginners. You should already be able to participate in business meetings in English. The work we do here is about precision, authority, and executive presence — not basic grammar.
Will there be recordings?
Yes. Core teaching portions will be recorded and made available for the accelerator duration. Some sensitive scenario work may be kept live only to protect confidentiality.
What if I can’t attend a live session?
You will have access to recordings and assignments. If you choose the 1:1 track, we can integrate your questions and scenarios directly into your private sessions.
Can my company pay for this?
Yes. Many participants use professional development budgets. After enrollment, you can request a payment receipt or invoice with company details for reimbursement.
Is this right for me vs. the Tech Sellers cohort?
If you lead teams, P&L, strategy, or high-stakes decisions, you belong here. If your main focus is front-line sales calls into the U.S. market, start with the Tech Sellers cohort and move into this afterwards.
